Chaffee Nguyen

Chief Operating Officer

Chaffee-Thanh Nguyen has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.

He has successfully worked in the corporate world for over 10 years and applies the same success principles in the corporate world to his own businesses; he has effectively transitioned from hired help to independent entrepreneur. Networking with the right people has allowed him to build multiple successful businesses.

In addition, Chaffee-Thanh has coached thousands of individuals across the country as a Business and Success Coach, helping students ‘Take Action’. He believes in giving back through his coaching as well as through volunteer efforts. He has been part of the Junior Chamber of Commerce – a young adult’s organization which fosters leadership development through community service – for over 10 years. He has served as the Illinois North Region Director and Chairman of the Board, overseeing hundreds of volunteers and future community leaders working on essential community service projects, social functions, and fundraisers. He continues to influence the Jaycees as a Certified Local Trainer with JCI (Jaycee International).

Amy Nguyen

Chief Financial Officer

Armed with a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois, Amy was accepted into a management acceleration program with an upscale Retail Chain. She then went to work for a privately owned, multi-million dollar placement firm. There, she quickly moved up the management ladder to Area Operations Manager overseeing branches in Chicago and Tennessee. Having mastered that position, she transitioned to Corporate Trainer where she found her true calling – helping others achieve the successes that they desire.

With this new discovery, Amy left the corporate world and focused full time on managing a thriving Real Estate Corporation and several Direct Marketing Businesses. She is now a Success Coach working with thousands of people across the country and truly cares about everyone she works with. She believes in working hard AND playing hard. “Take care of your team and they will take care of you!”

Amy will be focused on overseeing the day-to-day administration and financial operations of the company.

Susan Cosmos

Chief Branding Officer & Vice President of Customer Relations

Susan graduated from Northern Illinois University with degrees in Accounting and Computer Science. She spent a number of years working in a variety of technical and managerial positions in Information Technology for a Fortune 100 company.

Born with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong desire to help people, Susan has always seen a need to create multiple streams of income for herself and others. Recently, Susan has moved on from the world of large corporations and has focused her efforts on developing her companies and even starting a couple of new ones.

With her extensive background in technology, business, marketing, and Social Media, Susan brings important information and actionable strategies to individuals and businesses who have a strong desire to be successful!

Bill Richter

Vice President of Program & Quality Management

Having earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bradley University, along with a Minor in Business, Bill went on to work in the corporate world for nearly 25 years at a Fortune 100 company.

His extensive technical and managerial experiences include creating some of the first inventory control systems for cellular phones to managing corporate wide General Services Administration systems.  For nearly a decade he played a major I.T. role in numerous multi-million dollar company acquisitions, as well as, in the eventual divestiture of a billion dollar brand.  And before Google Maps existed, he managed the creation and implementation of one of the Internets most advanced map locating applications for a multi-hundred million dollar business.

Self-driven and adaptable to any environment, Bill has led small and large teams to develop and implement individual and cross platform projects.  His unique ability to pay attention to detail gives him an extreme advantage to measure quality and deliver outstanding products.  Additionally, his global perspective in understanding the business allows him to apply his knowledge to the project at hand.  He portrays finesse in integrating with customers, seeing their projects from infancy to implementation.
